Anna Ko
Founder & Co-Head | Viola
Anna Ko is a student at MICDS and the Founder & Co-Head of Grace Notes of St. Louis. She began playing the viola in the third grade and has been dedicated to music ever since. She previously served as a viola chair in the Webster University Young People's Concert Orchestra (YPCO) and is currently a member of the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra (SLSYO).
Inspired by the belief that music can enrich lives beyond the concert stage, she established Grace Notes of St. Louis to bring live performances to nursing homes, hospitals, veterans' facilities, and other community organizations. As Co-Head, she helps organize performances and community outreach, sharing a diverse repertoire that includes classical music, gentle pop arrangements, and other uplifting selections. Through these performances, she strives to make live music more accessible while creating meaningful moments of comfort, joy, and connection.
